Does this sound like IB?

My fertility window was open 14-17 and I started spotting a few days after that. I have been spotting for 4 or 5 days. My next af is due dec 29, I put a tampon in yesterday cause blood drop in the toilet once out of spotting. The tampon wasn't that full and now I have no bleeding at all. I have been cramping on and off and I had diarrhea but it had slowed down.
