I doubt they are all evaps... Honestly, evaps don't show like that. Not in my opinion or experience. The ONLY time I got a line even after hours of it drying was when I was pregnant. My very first positives were "evaps" according to everyone and here I am... Just my opinion though. If a test sits out for hours it MAY get an evap but that many times just after 10 min.. No. And if there's color on them, they may be faint positives.
