Limbs falling asleep?

Have you experienced any limbs or digits falling asleep when you lay down?! My right ring finger gets this shooting pain and my pinky falls asleep. Doc said it was a pinched nerve and gave me a splint. But now, my whole left hand is also falling asleep all the time! Gaaaah, I'm going insane! 😱

I was on here looking to see if anyone else was having this problem. I wake up 3 to 5 times a night with my hands and arms numb. I called my doctor this morning. Waiting for a response. I can understand if its the arm im sleeping on but when both arms are numb 3 to 5 times a night its starting to freak me out.

If I remember correctly, it's pregnancy carpal tunnel.  I get that if I sleep with my hands higher than my heart.  I try to keep them flat on the bed.

My left leg was falling asleep during the day so I just got adjusted at the chiropractor that day and it stopped. I usually get adjusted regularly throughout my pregnancy to keep stuff like this from happening to my legs and hips and to help baby make a good amount of space in there.
