Bleeding after birth?

Okay so i had my little girl 3 weeks ago.. i had her vaginally & bled for 2 weeks.. it stopped last week.. i went to the bathroom and had blood tonight in the toilet, but when i went again nothing.. is this my period starting or just random spotting? Im worried somethings wrong..

Could just be leftover blood. May be normal spotting if your body is trying to regulate cycles again. May be the start of a period. I wouldn't worry, just mention it at your 6 week check

the same exact thing happened to me last week. i thought it was my period but it stopped

I stopped like u did around week 2/3 and then spotted like every 3rd or 4th day forever(dr said as ur uterus shrink it push blood out) and I think got my period around week7. And by week 8 I was finally done bleeding. After 2 months of constantly wearing pads I was happy it was over.
