strict parents on nationalities of bf

so my parents are quite strict when it comes to dating boys and they literally gave me a huge list of nationalities they don't want me to date. the number one nationality was afghan and i'm 100% against my parents. i hate how they stereotype them saying that they will make me convert to muslim and like beat me and shit when not all afghans are like that. it pisses me off so fucking much and i can't do anything about it. they've said if i come home with an afghan, they are going to kick me out of the house and make me live on the streets. there's this one boy who i'm inlove with (he likes me back ayeee) but the main problem is, he's afghan. he's so sweet and calm and he's literally boyfriend material omg. i really want him to be mine but i'm scared about how if we were to date, the shit my parents would do and react to finding out that i'm dating a afghan. what do i do 😩😩
