Misscarige?

Does a misscarige always involve bleeding? Like if you have a misscarige does that mean you will bleed, or sometimes does nothing even happen till the doctors says something?? Just curious

Usually you have to bleed bc it's like giving birth but in a much smaller scale.  
I had a miscarriage at 9 weeks but my body didn't get rid of it right away so I had to take meds. Painful and bloody. If you're not bleeding but cramping like period cramps or worse it could be EARLY stages of miscarriage.
Everyone's different.

That's how I knew I was having a miscarriage all three times, because I started bleeding heavily.

Well I had a Mmc. So I didn't bleed until I had the d&c to remove the baby.
