Will it last forever? 😩

My LO is 4.5 months old and is currently going through the dreaded 4 month sleep regression. He's waking every 2 hours at night for the past week and freaks out at every nap! Please tell me it ends!? 😖 When can I start sleep training? HELP PEOPLE!!

It doesn't last forever! My little girl went through it for six weeks. She woke every hour screaming. I started her on solids as soon as she started sleeping through the night again and it has really helped. She wakes for one sleepy feeding and then sleeps till 8am. Sometimes teething is the problem too. My doctor recommended Tylenol as needed and some nights you could tell pain was the problem so as soon as she got that she would knock out.

Hello there :) I'm in the same boat. Ever since my boy was 1 month old he's been sleeping almost through the night only waking once to eat. NOW at 4.5 months (starting 4 weeks ago) he's waking 3 hours after he goes to bed at night then every few hours after that. His naps during the day are great though. He doesn't fight the naps and will sleep for 1-2 hours (sometimes less though). I'm exhausted though from the waking at night. If he's not crying I don't go to him. He will sometimes babble for 45 mins then fall asleep again lol I just wish he would go back to only waking once :( let's hope this stage is over soon!
