I'm 28 weeks with twins and want to make sure we have what we need before babies make their arrival in what's supposed to be a harsh winter. What do ya'll think are some "Must haves" and "don't needs"?

We have 10 weeks left but twins are so unpredictable, we have a lot of things already and have been buying in a pattern of most important first... like carseats, diapers, wipes and so on. Just wrapping it all up, so what do yall recommend?
