How much cereal?

Hi guys!

How much cereal are you giving your little one? Nurse told me to give her more because she needs the iron now.

And when are you giving it? I feel
Like when I give her rice cereal it really fills her up and she doesn't want her bottle after.

We dint do any rice cereal or any other baby did.  We haven't started any solids yet.  My little guy is still ebf. But this weekend, we're planning on giving him sweet potatoes.  There's other stuff that has Orin in then bests baby food.

I start with 1 TBS and make another if he's still hungry. I mix it with breast milk (or formula) for more nutrition. Iron has a much higher absorbtion rate in breast milk or formula than cereal anyway and for the first year nutrition should still come from milk or formula
