So frustrating! I need help.

So my boyfriend was in the marine for a long time and now he's out, under the GI bill and going to school. He hasn't been able to find a part time job Anywhere! Because of his school hours and no retail history he gets rejected a lot. He said he will take time off school to get a job but than he won't get paid the GI bill so we would be making even less money! And he said he doesn't want to go for the other jobs that will pay him full time and $20 an hour because he still wants to go to school. Help! ?
