I think I don't ovulate

I have PCOS since I had my first period and if I don't have therapy I bleed all the time. First I had progesterone pills than BC and now I'm on progesterone again because we're TTC. I take them 18-28 dc.

The problem is I start to bleed every month on 15 DC so I have a feeling that I take them only to stop that and it's to much to be described as ovulation bleeding.

I have a checkup with my dr. today so we'll see...

I'm so sad right now :(
