Feeling Rubbish
Hey gals, I've been on my period for just over a week now, and I'm really suffering.
Aside from the cramps and aches and pains, I've been getting a really bad belly and feeling really nauseous.
Is there anything I can take to settle it? Preferably natural ingredients/or things I could find in the cupboard, as painkillers just aren't cutting it :/ xxx
