I need advice....

Ok guys... so 2 days late... feeling more nauseous then ever! Headaches all day. Skin is breaking out like crazy... I took a test when I got home and I SWEAR I saw a vvvfl...... as it sat more it got darker.... now I know after a certain time you can't go by it.... but you think this is the start to a BFP?????
