FTM no idea what to expect right now

I am currently 32+ weeks. We have had about 5 3D/4D scans and measurements throughout this pregnancy from 16 weeks until now. He has consistently been measuring 2 weeks ahead (they still measure all of his bones and weight etc). My OB doesn't think that's accurate and is keeping our EDD the same even though she hasn't given an US since 11 weeks (the 11 week one he was measuring 1+ weeks ahead). I totally know it's just an estimated DD, but thought I'd add that info. 

About three days ago through today, I have been having extreme pain in my lower abdomen...it happens when I walk, stand, or move my body while laying down. It is accompanied by back upper and lower back pain and cramps in my upper thighs and pelvic area (what I'd experience when I was on my period). 

I am a FTM so I have no idea what is normal and what any of this means. I was thinking it was round ligament pain but it's extremely worse than what I've experienced in the past. 

I have had no bleeding! 

I will be seeing my OB tomorrow and will talk to her about all of this.
