When did you guys started to decorate the baby room and buying clothes. I'm only 9 weeks and I know it's early. Just wondering

Really didn't start buying anything until ~20 weeks... just made lots of lists and did lots of research before then.

I'm 33 weeks and have almost everything (still need a crib mattress) but nothing is set up... we just moved and are in the process of doing some remodeling before we get everything there.

I'm absolutely crazy, but I have enough newborn, and size one diapers. My SIL is painting the nursery (grey) for me while my husband is on business trip, and my crib is up. I'm 17weeks and 4days. We find out on the 17th what we're having. But I need everything to be done. We went with grey for the nursery so that as they get older it will be easier to change out styles.

I'm 33 weeks and have like nothing done for new baby, I have a 3 year old though. But baby's room is still looking like a storage room from our recent move. Oops. But I still have time
