TTC and doing research. What are all of your lovely ladies opinions ❤️👶🏼

The best method to childbirth is keeping an open mind. 
It can and will always go different than you expect it to. I've given birth five times (one midway miscarry of twins). The first three I got an epidural and had great labors. The last I went natural with no pain medication before or after the birth. It went fine and dandy but never again. I would never again have an un medicated labor! Of course I'm done anyhow baby shop is closed!

I don't really think there is a best way. Its whatever the women feels is best for her. I chose an epidural for the birth of both my boys.

Epidural, all the way. I've had a medicated birth and a non medicated birth and I would choose pain Meds every single time. I got no award for not using Meds and it made me miserable.

Personally I think the best thing to do is prepare mentally and physically for a natural birth and then prepare mentally for any and all changes of plan you might encounter, research the epidural, pitocin, cesarean and all that because once those strong contractions come you won't be in a proper head space to think critically about what you want your birth experience to be

I wanted to go natural but I'm to much of a wimp. Iv meds just made me feel high and in pain. Epidural was great. Though with my second, one leg didn't go completely numb...it tingled lol

I want an epidural and water birth. I feel better in the water and my local hospital offers this option. I'm not pregnant yet but this is my go to plan when I do.

Probably do a c-section. I have a long list of medical complications.

That's a difficult thing. I think the answer is "whatever you can mentally prepare yourself for," because if you want the benefits of an all-natural birth, but you know you can't handle pain and you try anyway, you're going to have a very stressful, unprepared birthing process and you're going to hate it.

So you do what you know you can prepare for.  That is best because being prepared is the biggest part, imo.

I love me an epidural because I seem to have a hard time relaxing and progressing otherwise, but whatever gets baby here and keeps everyone happy and healthy is the best.
