missed period

So my period is late by 7 days and this has never happened so this is why I'm worried . I haven't been sexually active in a while , so idk what could cause this . I just turned 21 about 2 months ago so I have been drinking a lot so idk if that could have caused it being late ? Idk need answers ! 😬😬😬
