Today is 9 dpo I have a had a little pink spotting only when I wipe (sorry tmi) in the last 2 hours and slight cramping and pulling in my left ovaries past 2 days,very thirty, and a little nausea ..but I'm not sure how to do the whole temping with ovulation but today my temp spiked to 99.0 and yesterday it was very low can someone please give me insight on the temp spike?
