Hey all I'm new to this not new to mothering I have three little ones but had a spout of misfortunes starting after my youngest was born I had two surgeries with the mirena it's a huge story in itself and in May I had a cyst that burst so had emergency surgery there to but I was pregnant and they removed the ovary that was supplying the baby so I miscarried then had another one about two months ago so I'm really nervous just looking for support and tips just to have a good supportive community thanks!
