What time to OPK

opk" /> I'm testing twice a day and have seen several different opinions on this. Right now I test with FMU and again between 1-2. But I've read that FMU should not be used because the LH isn't as high as it is later in the day. Thoughts?

I test when I get home from work at 5pm. I hold my urine for about 4 hrs prior though. I'm not about to start bringing OPKs to work haha so I just wait because I can't test midday. I just started using them. All negative so far 😞

My RE told me to test between 11am and 1pm as most women peak with LH in the middle of the night/early morning hours and it doesn't show up in urine for 6-8 hours after the blood surge.

I tend to do it in the middle of the day if it looks close I check again sometimes at night. Also it does depend on which test you use the directions on one test I had said use FMU all others said not to.
