ladies what do yaull think?

So I'm a week late and I'm have sore breast and lower stomach pains and the line looks really light and idk what to think also I just had a birthday recently and I was drinking would that harm the baby I would feel guilty if it did but I didn't know until I took this test 30 min ago I just thought my period was  coming  cause sometimes I have the same symptoms just need some kind of suggestions cause it would be my first child  and everything is new to me thank you
