Question

I just have a quick question. How much of a change in body temperature do you usually have in a day? If you took your temp in the morning and again in the afternoon what's the normal range of temperature fluctuations should there be?

Good question, no clue. I know I run cold, like my normal temp, not bbt, is 97 degrees compared to most normal temps of 98.6, for me this means a temp of 100 means I'm pretty sick whereas typically for adults temps over 102 are considered high/sick. Bbt's are a whole different ball of wax, I've only been tracking for 5 months and I've only ovulated once in all that time. My bbts run from 96.7-97.7 pre ovulation and typically over 98 after.
