call me crazy?!

I think I'm 12dpo? Maybe 13? I don't freaking know..but after 2 miscarriages I'm so terrified I'm going to lose this one too. I think I have more symptoms this time around & im taking baby aspirin daily which I didn't do with the last 2. Had my betas done yesterday & progesterone was 16, hcg was 65. Here's my test from just a little bit ago. Does it look dark enough?? Can y'all post your tests from 12-13 dpo? I think I'm losing my marbles...
