Do you report posts that are considered against the rules?

I frequently see posts that are against the rules and often there are comments telling them so, I'm just wondering if the people that comment or scroll past bother with the reporting? Are there so many rule breaking posts that we're bound to see them before they can delete them or are the admins slow about it? (Not that I'm faulting them for that) glow often asks us to report, so how many people do it?
