pregnant

Ok I know this is gonna sound ridiculous because I'm like 90% sure I'm overthinking this but please be nice I'm really nervous about this so like a week or two ago I gave my boyfriend a blowjob and he fingered me he came on me and we used a towel to wipe it up then a minute later I used the same towel to wipe myself  I didn't wipe waaayy up but we did have a brief moment of panic that that was not a good idea we thought about it logically and there's like no way anything could happen right? But now I'm late for my period I've been breaking out having mood swings feeling boated and tired and having spotting I'm really hoping it's just pms and im about to get my period but a small part of me is wondering if it's possible at all that I'm pregnant and I'm looking for some reussurance
