I'm 34 weeks and a few days and my stretch marks are terrible and very dark. I started maybe a week or 2 ago using Bio Oil, which I buy at Walmart for pretty cheep. It has lightened mine soo much and I notice a difference everyday. You should give that a try.

They will become lighter over time. I had some like that from my first who is almost 8. They're not purple like that anymore but def still there.

They should fade some they usually don't stay red they'll turn white-ish.

My tummy looks the exact same way right now! Be proud of it mama, you have those because you're creating a beautiful life 💕 they'll fade eventually :) no need to feel self conscious

I used bio oil from first trimester. However as my belly got bigger i couldnt see what i was doing much and so the areas i missed now have stretch marks. Iv chucked in the towel now as i have stretch marks all over my body even on my calf muscles (im not overweight) so i dont think i was gonna win the battle anyway. It did work but once i saw that i got them anyway i felt demoralized and gave up. Probably not the best attitude but iv now moved onto more important things and bubs isnt far now from arriving.

Go to a dermatologist- he/she can prescribe a strong topical cream for you to use once you stop breastfeeding

I haven't gotten any on my belly yet, but I have in some other places 😔 I just think of how beautiful my daughter is going to be and its well worth the sacrifice.
