Is It Normal?

Anyone else in their first trimester and not having so many symptoms? With my daughter I had night time sickness. I was constantly puking but at night. With this one, I'm only 8 wks 2 days so far. I only have occasional nausea & the er doctor told me when I went in for stomach pains that I got confirmation that I was indeed pregnant, he told me that I was suffering from indigestion. Other than that, so far nothing. Is it normal? I see my doctor for the first time this Thursday. 😞😞😞
