My brothers and their wives and my parents are coming over for dinner Friday night for dinner to celebrate my birthday. My mom knows, but we are telling the rest of the family by putting our 2 year old son in the shirt in the picture.

My sister in law gave my mom a sappy hallmark card the first time she was pregnant that told her she was gonna be a grandma. Maybe you could do the same, but that says she's gonna be an aunt.
