Plz Help?!!!!! Vitex?!?

Are my cycles irregular enough to start vitex? During which part of my cycle should I start?

I think in the health section of glow it says that +/- 5 days is considered regular, so I wouldn't think you need to use vitex. There are other herbal and natural things you could look in to though (eg soy can affect the length of your cycle)

Your cycles are VERY REGULAR!!!  If you want to start any herb teas, try: Geranium Robertianum. All other herb teas will probably mess your cycle up!

No they are not that irregular. I have some months 34 some months 50. Good luck
