We were sure we were having a girl(completely opposite pregnancies) and to our surprise we got our blood test results back and we're having another baby boy! Luca is definitely the middle name we want to go with(daddy picked it) and we thought we were set on Giovanni but now I'm having second thoughts... opinions?
