My LO is 18 weeks and she doesn't laugh! She's super smiley and occasionally will make a squeak in what I assume is a laugh but she does not giggle or laugh at all. Is this normal? When did your baby start giggling or make laughing sounds? She has also started being more vocal - like talking to herself etc.
