I got an app ,but I'm failing at it lol  😑I always hesitate to start the timer , like I'm waiting to make sure it's one. I've been having really strong (rate a 7) period like cramping and back pain that also feels like it's burning. Idk if it's BH but I wanna say no. Idk what to expect . Even tho this is my second child I was induced with my first and it's been 7 years so I can't really remember.
