Numb around belly button? 37 weeks

FTM here, I'm 37 weeks & around my belly button area I can't feel anything! It's weird. When I rub my fingers on/around it it just feels numb. Is this normal? Even when I itch I can't feel anything but the numbness. It's really weird.
