Fire babysitter?

Would you fire your baby sitter if she fell asleep with 3 month old on her? The baby was laying horizontal across her belly.

Would probably depend. If it was someone I knew well, like my family or best friend... Probably not. I fall asleep with her on me all the time (safely on the couch). If it was someone I literally hired as a babysitter, then yes.

It would depend on if it was first time, knew the person really well, and talk to make sure it doesn't happen again. Like say if you want to nap with LO make sure you have LO safely put down first and make sure monitor is on or something like that.
