Has anyone experienced nausea after 2 weeks of a chemical pregnancy?

I got my + last month when my period was 2 weeks late then I started to spot that day and started my full period that night. I went to the doctor a couple days later and did another urine test as well and they confirmed it was a chemical pregnancy with a blood test. I had a shorter period (Only 3 days mine are normally 7 or 8) with far less cramping than than normal for me.

The last 4 days I've been getting rather nauseous at random times and it passes in about 20 minutes... it's normally if I smell something strong or if I smell vimto (which has always been my favourite squash)

Could I still be pregnant or could this just be my body still going through the chemical pregnancy?
