Hey ladies,

For the last 8 years I've been battling the symptoms of pcos, and have only gotten my period whilst on the pill. I've been off the pill for a couple of years, and just started up again, I'm on my second day. So this is my first period in years and the pain is absolutely excruciating like i've never experienced before, but it comes and goes, one moment I'll be fine and the next second I'm in that much pain it takes my breath away. And the pain radiates from my uterus toward my hip bones (into my ovaries). I'm not sure if the pain is pcos related, but I've tried paracetamol and hot showers and nothing has taken the pain away. Any suggestion for pain relief and has anyone been through this before? 😣 I don't know if it's normal or if I should see a doctor.
