First a disclaimer, it's not a super cure anything. But it does help.

1) Take a moment, close your eyes and take a couple deep breaths.

2) picture the face of someone you love. It has to be a person, not a puppy not chocolate, but a person. It does not have to be someone you've seen recently. Try to make them save as Vivid as you can, but don't work hard at it.

3) Think of the happiness this person has brought into your life, how they made you feel. Moments you have shared big or small.

4) Visualize their face and focus on the pleasant memories and feelings for 30 seconds.

5) Smile, open your eyes and allow their love to help you through.
