Bloody show? Mucus plug? Got up this morning to pee and some clearish fluid came out with blood on it. Not a lot of blood just enough to make it look pink. Had some fluid in my panties too. 39 weeks today. Texted my midwife and she said more than likely the plug. How soon does labour start after the plug is out? Just having cramps on and off this morning, no contractions....
