My face tends to get a lot of acne when I'm also having a flare up of nausea and vomiting so I'm pretty sure it just has to do with all the extra hormones and there's nothing really that can help with that. I put a little bit of coconut oil on my face every other day and it seems to clear up my skin a little bit

I read you should be careful and not use any acne products that have salicylic acid. ;) 
I guess removing your make up, and cleansing your face before going to bed should help a lot.
