giving up hope 😔

Period is five days late I have a swollen tummy swollen breasts that don't hurt I have stomach cramps and feel sick to my stomach especially when I eat and I have white discharge that's rather wet and it's been six weeks since I last had intercorse, just took a test and its negative it's five in the afternoon so could that play a part in it? I'm giving up on ever having a family of my own :(
