I have a cold, we have been TTC, will this hinder our chances this month?

My husband and I are TTC, we BD before the glow app said I was ovulating, and during. The day the glow app said I should be ovulating my CM was creamy, the days before it was watery. We BD on the days it was watery.

However, now I have a terrible cold and have been confined to bed since Monday morning. Will this hurt our chances of becoming pregnant this month? Or could we still get pregnant?

(Sunday was the day the glow app said I should ovulate, and we did BD that night, and the 4 or 5 nights before that too)
