Pressure!

I am 22 almost 23 weeks with my little man and already there is so much pressure in my pelvis and hips. I have to pee almost every time I stand up and when I laugh there is a slight pain in my pelvis. I've had swollen feet for almost 3 days now and can't seem to get any relief. Tips are welcome, but more so just needed to vent. 😅😅
