Going back to exclusively breastfeeding ??

Question

Is it possible to try again to exclusively breastfeed my 1 month year old? I nurse all the time and she gets so upset because she's not getting enough milk to satisfy her. She is latched on properly. And when I pump, I get 2-3oz on each breast. So not what I planned for my child being a FTM. 
I had to supplement with formula at nights But I hate it. And I just want don't know what to do. I tried Mother's Milk, drinking water, 3 -water bottle a day. Taking Fengugreek pills twice a day and making a oatmeal and grapefruit juice smoothie. But nothing!! I pump to feed her and try putting her in my breast first but she struggles to pull milk out. So upset and depressed

Try pumping while feeding...I've heard a lot of moms doing that to up their milk supply. And pumping more often. The only thing that's going to help your milk production is expressing more.

3 bottles of water (if you are talking normal sized bottles) is not really that much for a breastfeeding mom. Some moms have to drink close to a gallon of water a day. Also try oatmeal and dark beer, they are known to help some moms.

Is she fussing before you milk lets down? My first I had very sore nipples in the beginning so I pumped and gave her a bottle to give my nips a rest but then she preferred the bottle bc she didn't have to work for the let down. It was hard transitioning back to breast. That's why they warn you about nipple confusion. Best time to pump in the middle of the night I'm not sure what the reason and it's a pain in the ass but worth it to boost your supply. Try to add a pumping session in in between 1am and 4am. Also try to stimulate letdown before you get her to latch and see if that makes her less fussy. what someone else said about trying to pump the other side while you feed on one. It will be a rough week or two and if you have a local lll or lactaion consultant to help in person I would recommend getting in touch. Sometimes just the support is helpful.
