So I started working at a daycare/preschool 3 weeks ago. I came in with an associates degree. Well my hire in sheet said we would be paid depending on experience and education. Which I had both. And ive been getting paid minimum. Well my boss asked me to bring copies of my transcripts in so she can copy them and send them out. She'll get a higher rating from the state, but wants to pay me minimum. I worked my ass off for 2 years to get that degree. And i dont even get the credit!? I can get paid minimum for flipping burgers honestly.
