Miscarriage

Ive had some mld cramps for a few days now. Did bloods on Tuesday and hcg came back at 136 which Dr said was low. Cramps were real bad last night and now im bleeding. Had bloods done this morning and ultrasound scheduled for 12pm. I feel so numb.
