So I haven't had my period in 2 months. I've taken 2 tests and they both say negative I'm not pregnant. I've been having brown spotting for the past 4 days. Only brown, no pink, no red. My boobs have been so sore, my lower stomach has been cramping, I'm been exhausted, and have been really nauseous in the mornings. I have no idea what's going on. Does anybody know what it means?? And what I should do!?
