How do yall deal with insomnia?

I haven't been able to sleep at night and if I do it only for alittle while then im up till its time to go to bed again but still cant sleep.

make sure you stay off of the phone and other electronics.. 
your body tends to have a hard time understanding night/day with the bright screen in the face 24/7! ☺️

It may be possible that im pregnant and dont want to harm my baby.  Is there snything safe that I can take thats safe for me and baby?

I live in California, and I have a script for Marijuana. Granted, I'm not ttc or pregnant, and my doctor approved it. I also have high anxiety. If you're in a state that offers this, I'd look into it. If not, try things like valerian root (in moderation) or melatonin.

I play certain things on my phone and after 5-10 mins of playing get really sleepy

Sleeping pills you can take while pregnant are ambient, lunesta, benadryl and unisom. But I'd call your doctor to make sure which one would be best if you're unsure. Benadryl is what my friend took while pregnant and restless.
