Is a regular condom better than a female condom?

I want to compare differences between a regular condom and a female condom. Thanks.

The Female Condom 2 (FC2)

The outer ring is on top where my fingers are, and the inside ring is on the bottom.

The condom is Pre lubricated in Silicon.

It's the inside ring that's inserted like a tampon, to be squeezed that is. The ring is going to public bone to stop the condom from falling out during intercourse.

Male condoms are smaller they must go on an erect penis. Without an erection it can't go on.

A female condom or receptive condom can go on 20 minutes prior to sexual act. And can walk in it. No erections needed.

It goes in like tampon with outer ring on the outside of vulva. When done it comes out and tossed.

Since it goes in the entire vagina, the FC is a lot larger than the male condom. So they cost more.

But if you get to a STI or HIV clinic you can get them free
