Help! And also ovarian cysts

How do I edit my time between cycles?? Also on nother note. I have had a few ovarian cysts over time but they always reoccur when I get off a BC method.

I had been on nexplanon and bleed everyday for a year. The doctors didn't want to remove it so I had a very experienced friend remove it for me with medical tools.

I react to so many methods. Any long term one anyways.

My papsmears are all irregular. Even had an irregular biopsy done. The doctors never follow through but maybe it's from my shit insurance. Any advice on these situations? I am currently uninsured and super sexually active with my long time s.o

Oh positive note. While on the implant I had zero sex drive and now it's THROUGH THE ROOF. YAY
