Pierced Mamas

I am going for my cesarean in the morning and plan on breastfeeding. I am so used to having my nipple rings that I just looked down after showering and said "omg those have to come out". I am kind of upset that I didn't do it sooner because I now wonder if this will interfere with breastfeeding. What do you think?

Also will i need to take out my piercing "down there"? My doc hasn't said anything about either *shrugs
